Spookily enough my own AmpKit Link just arrived a couple of hours ago. In the near future I’ll hopefully be recording a demo and review of both AmpKit and Amplitube and compare the AmpKit link and the iRig connectors.

Brad Tolinkski – Editor-in-Chief, Guitar World Magazine
The judges will apply the following criteria to select the Grand Prize winner: guitar playing quality, performance quality (i.e., played with passion, from your heart), and tone quality based on the creative use of AmpKit gear.
The Grand Prize winner and five randomly selected contest participants will be announced before 6:00 pm EST on Monday, November 8th, 2010 and contacted via a SoundCloud message.
