The VIP TICKET price is 130 GBP or 160 EUROS.

Reserve yours now by writing to:

viptickets@paulgilbert.com

I hope to see you soon to teach you my newest guitar ideas!

P.S. It is fine to bring your guitar and a small audio recorder to the guitar lesson.

:o totally awesome, I’ve already emailed hoping to reserve one but I imagine these tickets will be booked up very quickly.

(Updated)LiMS: C3 confirmed now (Humphries, Govan and Kotzen)

April 20, 2008

*UPDATE* Many thanks to Rich ( see comments ) for finally clearing this up, Jamie Humphries looks to be part of the C3 along with Kotzen and Govan. Even though Greg Howe had stated he wouldn’t be part of the event somehow an Official Press release managed to sneak out saying he would, pff :|. Sue ‘em Greg! ;)

Spotted on a couple of websites, it *seems* that C3 ( featuring Kotzen, Howe and Govan ) is go go go ?

I’ll await official confirmation from the LiMS organisers first tbh.

But, we do have a itinerary now forming for the day.

The potential of Paul Gilbert, Richie Kotzen, Greg Howe and Guthrie Govan all on the same day is quite pant-wettingly exciting!! Wonder if the venue can handle all those notes?

What is does prove though, is that the Guitar is back baby and rightfully KING AGAIN! \m/

Satch to Headline London International Music Show!

April 15, 2008

Just this second arrived in my mailbox, Joe Satriani is to headline the LiMS. Playing a one off show on the Sunday afternoon June 15th. From the poster also looks like Mr. Paul Gilbert will be at the show sometime too!

Alas there are only 3000 tickets at a cost of £15 plus they are on top of the £10 ticket for attending the show on that day. I think I’ll still head on the Saturday, get me a Guthrie Govan fix instead ;).

(Updated)Woah! - Govan, Kotzen and Howe!? ( ah no Mr Howe :( )

March 27, 2008

Just spotted on the Guthrie forum via Paul Cornford:

Headlining at the LONDON INTERNATIONAL MUSIC SHOW at London’s Excel Centre on Saturday June the 14th live on the main stage are,

Guthrie Govan, Richie Kotzen and Greg Howe, 3 solo sets (full bands) and a colossal jam at the end

:o.

I wasn’t fussed about this years LGS but that’s all changed now! :)

Update: Looks like Greg Howe wasn’t 100% confirmed.

It’s been brought to our attention that a message has been floating around the Internet suggesting that Greg will be performing in London for the London International Music Show on June 14, 2008. THIS announcement is for those fans of his that may have purchased, or are intending to purchase tickets specifically to see his performance. Though the event, in Greg’s words, “certainly sounds like loads of fun”, the truth is there has been absolutely no confirmation, or even significant dialogue for that matter, regarding Greg’s participation in such an event.
