Today I finally bought my copy of ’6 String Theory’ a project put together by legendary guitarist Lee Ritenour celebrating the best instrument ever, the guitar!
Mr Ritenour has managed to gather together some true greats from the likes of George Benson, BB King, Slash, Steve Lukather, John Scofield, Joe Bonamassa, Robert Cray and Vince Gill as well as the new breed of players popularized by youtube such as Andy McKee and Guthrie Govan:
I’ve listened to the album a couple of times and it is truly fab. Amazing mix of Jazz, rock, blues and acoustic.
