i have been waiting for parcel since 18 dec its now 31 ive waited in 5 times to be told no answer,refused to sign,card left no answer,NO CARDS LEFT, ive tried phoning annoying music cut off as soon as answer.emailed no reply.Just think goverment want to privatise P.O with firms like DHL.i am still wasting my life & stressing waiting for this parcel.

Ordered my wheels from a alloys website since last week and paid for next day delivery. But yet I’m still waiting. DHL can s#%k my left nut for all I care. Bunch a pu#%¥.

almost the exact same story – again a phone .

again “EDINBURGH HOME DELIVERY ” working on behalf of DHL actualy marked my package as ‘Delivered”

They recived the pakage yesterday morning at 6am, aparently delivered it at 9pm last night … DHL said they would ‘investigate’ how ever the item maybe delived today.

I suspect marking packages as delivered keep the Edinburgh Home Deliver statistics looking good on their monthly reports.

My phone provider ( the sender ) only belived me when i asked them to look for a recipiant signature. Shock – there wasn’t one !
