Guitar Idol Competition 2008

Barring the fact that UKMG have been using the title ‘Guitar Idol’ for many years now , a cool online competition has been launched to find the hottest guitar talent in the UK. Brought to us by Lick Library, Alloutguitar and Guitar Buyer as well as sponsors PRS, Peavey, Roland, Rockschool etc. there are some top prizes on offer.

Entrants can compose an original piece or jam over a provided backing track. In fact if anything it’s a good resource for some free backing tracks .
